If you are a disciple of Jesus, and you live, walk, and breathe, you know how some days this is easy, while others it is nearly impossible. However, being perfect in God's eyes means to keep getting back up, to not give in, to persevere. To strive to think only those thoughts that are pure and lovely, good & uplifting. The world we live in says otherwise. But we know God is the one to please, not man.

So don't give up! Restrain from and run away from those thoughts that are less than holy. Fill your heart, mind, and spirit with God's Word. The struggle becomes winnable with His Word within us.
